Held on site in locations around the world, this six-day immersion deepens the work of leadership: seeing beyond your own perspective, participating with purpose, and creating conditions in which others can contribute. You explore what it means to grow a future together.

Third Class brings advanced participants together for six days of immersive experiential work. The learning unfolds through participation, relationship, and reflection, connecting your own development with the impact you create alongside others.

The 2nd R draws on more than twenty years of Dack's teaching and facilitation, ongoing study of human development, and the continued evolution of this curriculum. The purpose stays close to life: stronger people, stronger relationships, and communities with more capacity to create together.
