The possibility

What if helping others discover their capacity became your life's work?

A facilitator develops more than a command of the material. They learn to perceive what is happening, build relationship, hold clear agreements, and create conditions in which participants make discoveries of their own.

Our Facilitator Training Program is a developmental pathway toward mastery: growing from foundational capability into increasingly sophisticated facilitation of our processes and The New Game. The larger purpose is to grow change makers who can carry this work into the world.

What you develop

01

Understand the work.

Develop knowledge of the curriculum, its purpose, and the relationship between experience, discovery, and application.

02

Develop your craft.

Deepen perception, timing, language, presence, and room awareness through our evolving facilitation approach.

03

Protect human agency.

Learn to support discovery while honoring each participant's authorship, choices, and responsibility for their life.

Inside the experience

Mastery grows through continued development.

This pathway brings curriculum understanding and facilitation skills together with the ability to respond to people in real time. It creates a route toward facilitating The New Game and contributing professionally within The 2nd R as capability, readiness, and opportunities align.

Years of teaching. A living body of work.

Depth behind the experience.

The 2nd R draws on more than twenty years of Dack's teaching and facilitation, ongoing study of human development, and the continued evolution of this curriculum. The purpose stays close to life: stronger people, stronger relationships, and communities with more capacity to create together.
